Ingredients
Method
- Slice the tomato into 1/4 inch slices.
- Slice the mozzarella into 1/4 inch slices.
- Layer the tomato, mozzarella, and a single basil leaf in a pattern around the edge of a plate.
- Finely chop additional herbs and sprinkle evenly over top.
- Drizzle about a tbsp of olive oil over the whole dish.
- Top with sea salt and cracked pepper, and additional basil leaves if desired.
